To make these delectable pizza rolls, you'll need:
— 1/2 pound of ground beef
— 1 can of Pillsbury Refrigerated Classic Pizza Crust
— 2 tablespoons of  taco seasoning mix
— 3 tablespoons of water
— 1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend
Don't forget optional toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sour cream, diced onion, guacamole, hot sauce, etc.
To begin, preheat the oven to 400 degrees and spray a baking sheet with a light layer of cooking spray.

Cook the beef until no longer pink, then add the taco seasoning and water. Mix together well.
Unroll the pizza dough onto a large, flat surface and flatten it into a rectangle. Then, spread the taco meat over the dough in an even layer and cover with cheese.
Next, tightly but carefully roll the dough starting with one of the longer sides of the rectangle. When it's finished, it should look like a spiral from the side.
With a sharp serrated knife, cut the roll into inch-thick slices. One log should yield roughly 18 pieces.
Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden-brown.
Add whatever toppings you like and serve.
Not only do they look adorable, but they're absolutely scrumptious. Best of all, the entire process should take less than half an hour.
