To start, mix together the cake batter. Start with the wet ingredients before adding in your flour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Squeeze the batter into the cupcake tins and bake in the oven.
While the cupcakes bake, combine milk and a package of caramels in a large bowl. Microwave the mixture until you have the preferred consistency.
Coat the cupcakes in caramel.
Now, coat them with nuts.
Let the cupcake pops dry before you serve them. It's best to keep them refrigerated, provided that they don't all get eaten on the first day.
