One of the most tedious parts of cooking frozen chicken breast or really any frozen meat in general is waiting for it to defrost. If you didn't take into account defrost time, then you'll likely spend a good chunk of time waiting for meat to defrost properly before you even cook it.
If you are short on time, all you need to do is add your frozen chicken, a few ingredients and then let the whole thing sit. Best of all, you can come home to dinner with this recipe!
