Fisherman's Pie is every seafood lover's idea of a perfect dinner. The dish typically consists of white fish, mashed potatoes, and some sort of cream sauce. iFood says the dish originated in Scotland and most commonly calls for cod and halibut. Often times, cooks will garnish the dish with vegetables.
The folks at Food Wishes decided to convert the classic dish into a casserole. It calls for spinach and a rich sauce made up mostly of milk and butter. To start, apply butter to the casserole dish and sprinkle on salt, pepper, and cayenne. Then lay down your cod.

Last but not least, John tops the dish with a layer of mashed potatoes.
The dish goes into the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes. John recommends sticking it in the broiler for a minute or two afterwards to get a crispy top. Serve and enjoy!
