Healthy and delicious crock pot chicken recipe pairs perfectly with summer salad

Salads present a great opportunity for healthy eating, but they don't always satisfy cravings if you're in the mood for something a little richer. The salad recipe below from Jennifer at Show Me The Yummy uses slow cooker BBQ chicken and a delectable salad dressing that are guaranteed to leave you full and happy!

The ingredients you'll need are listed out below:
-2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
BBQ Sauce:
-1 cup ketchup
-¼ cup brown sugar
-¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
-2 squirts sriracha, or to taste
-2 teaspoons garlic powder
-½ teaspoon mustard powder
-½ teaspoon salt
Dressing:
-1 cup yogurt styled ranch dressing, I used Bolthouse
-½ cup reduced fat sour cream
-1-2 limes, juiced (Start with one and add more based on consistency and taste)
-1-2 handfuls cilantro, (again, start with one and add more based on taste)
Mix Ins:
-10 oz romaine lettuce
-1 (15 oz) canned corn, drained, rinsed, and salted to taste
-1 (15 oz) canned black beans, drained, rinsed, and salted to taste
-Tortilla chips
