"This Chicken Alfredo recipe seriously tastes just like the stuff you’d get in the restaurant except it's half the calories!" It may seem too good to be true, but food blogger, Krista from Joyful Healthy Eats, means it when it comes to her Skinny Chicken Alfredo.
She knew it was a winner when her 2-year-old son, deep in a phase of avoiding any and all vegetables, reluctantly tried this pasta dish only to find he loved it! Her trick was in deceptively replacing traditional ingredients with vegetable-based ingredients, like using spinach pasta and cauliflower Alfredo sauce

The ingredients you'll need for this recipe are listed below:
-16 oz. of fresh spinach pasta (I got mine at Sprouts, but you can get it at most grocery stores)
-2 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
-2 cups of broccoli florets
-Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce
-Salt & Pepper to taste
Krista's Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce recipe only takes 15 minutes to whip up from start to finish, and the detailed step-by-step instructions can be found here. The ingredients you'll need for the sauce are listed below:
-1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
-½ cup of water
-1 cup of 2% milk
-½ cup of grated parmesan cheese
-1 teaspoon of dried parsley
-pinch of nutmeg
-¼ teaspoon of black pepper
-3 oz. of cream cheese
