1. Start with a blank slate

The first step to cutting the clutter underneath your sink is to take everything out of the cabinet. Once everything is out, you'll have a nice empty space.
2. Get rid of stuff

Once you've taken everything out of your cabinet, take inventory of what you have. Look to see if you have items that can be thrown away or consolidated. If you have multiples of items, you may want to give the extra items away or toss them. If there are things that you never use, you may want to consider getting rid of that as well. You'll be left with what you actually want, need and will use. With $15 spent at the dollar store, you can came away with bins and supplies that are easy on the eyes and easy to organize.
3. Ditch bulky packaging

Packaging is a great thing. It keeps items fresh and in pristine condition until we take it home from the store. Once the item is at home though, the packaging needs to go. If your dishwasher tabs are still in the box they came in or all of your sponges are still shrink wrapped, you have to let the packaging go. Losing the excess packaging will allow you to make better use of the space underneath your cabinet and organize things more efficiently.
4.  Grab and Go

Put your regular cleaning supplies in a single carrying case. These items will stay together so you can easily grab and get cleaning and know exactly when you are running out. Simply replace the dirty sponge or refill your bottle as you need.
5. Use all available space
One of the reasons organizing under your kitchen cabinet is tricky is because there is so much stuff that you can't remove like pipes and your garbage disposal. Since space is a premium, take advantage of any and all available space. Simply Organized showed how to install holders for your garbage bags for easy access.
6. Hang it up

Another easy organization trick is adding a tension rod under your sink. You can drape all your spray bottles on the rod for easy access.
7. Add extra space
An super simple way to add more under sink storage space is to add an over-the-door shelf. These are perfect for things you frequently use and small things that you don't want taking up valuable "floor" space. The item above is available for purchase here.
8. Use what you have
Since the things underneath your sink typically live in a cabinet with doors, don't feel pressured to go out and buy a lot of fancy new bins. Creatively using the things you already have on hand, as shown above by Jen Thousand Words, is another way to organize on a budget.
9. Stack it up

Yes, organization is time-consuming and laborious. That doesn't mean that it doesn't have to be fun. Add a splash of color or, as Crafts a la Mode advocates, "wallpaper" the inside of your cabinet by adding contact paper to give the cabinet walls extra life. Remember, it's your space, so use your imagination when you are transforming it. If you take the time to create a system you are proud to show off, you might also be more inclined to KEEP it that way.
