How to Cook Cheesy Sausage Nacho Dip Recipe

Print this recipe
Oh my, this is good.  No kidding, this recipe is so good, you won't quite believe it's made from only three ingredients, and just two cooking steps.  Short recipes like this one are like the haikus of the culinary world.  Not much to them, so what elements are there have to be just perfect and really earn their place.
Pork, spicy salsa, and cheese combine together just beautifully to make a dip that will have people asking for the recipe time and time again.  It's unlikely that you'll even need to season  this dish, as the salsa and cheese will probably take care of that for you, but do taste and adjust if necessary.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
1/4 block of process cheese/250 g orange mild cheese or Emmenthal cheese, cut into large pieces
1 jar/100g of your favorite salsa
Instructions:
1.  Brown the pork in a skillet, using the edge of the spoon to break up the meat into small pieces.
2. Transfer the meat to your slow cooker then add the cheese and salsa and set to cook on high for 1 - 2 hours, and then stir thoroughly, before serving when cool enough.
You only need your favorite nachos or chips to enjoy this fabulous dip, and should you take it along to an event or potluck supper, you can be sure that the bowl will be scraped clean.  If you're not serving the dip right away, then we recommend keeping this in a fridge container with a lid that's really awkward to remove, as anything too easy to get into  will encourage continual 'testing' of the dip.  Don't ask how we know, just trust us on this.
