Slow cooker recipes are notoriously simple, but this one is one of the easiest yet. With a handful of ingredients and a few hours to kill, you'll be left with a savory shredded pork that's packed with tangy garlic, and sprinkled with spicy black pepper.
You can cook this black pepper pork loin on high for 5-6 hours, but if you know your day is going to run long you can always turn the heat down low and let it steam and simmer for 10-12 hours.

Ingredients
Pork loin
1 bag of cabbage
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, chopped chunky
1/2 cup of water
Getting started
1. Cut slits along the top of your pork loin, and place your chunky pieces of garlic inside them.
2. Place pork in the crock pot and season with salt and pepper to taste. But it is pepper chicken, so you can go heavy on the black pepper here.
3. Put your cabbage into the slow cooker on top of your pork, then sprinkle with more black pepper and some salt.
4.  Crank to high and cook for 5-6 hours.
5. When it's finished cooking, shred it up and mix with the cooked cabbage.
Pair this shredded pork with a toasty bun and barbeque sauce, or put it on top of some starchy Mexican rice and beans for your own homemade burrito bowl. Whatever you put it with, it's sure to melt in your mouth.
