Slow cooker garlic chicken pasta

Print this recipe
There are certain flavors that naturally mesh. Garlic and butter are two of them, and it's hard to go wrong when you add them to pasta. This slow cooker recipe is perfect for a busy weeknight. After the chicken thighs spend the day cooking low and slow, you'll only need to boil some pasta and toss it in the slow cooker before serving.

The more traditionally assembled dish also uses cottage cheese instead of the more familiar ricotta, but feel free to use whichever you prefer.
