Ingredients:
4 pounds pork spare ribs, cut into individual ribs
1 onion, sliced into half-moons
Salt and pepper, for seasoning
5 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 cups (473 ml) Korean BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons honey BBQ sauce
1/4 cup (59 ml) sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup (59 ml) buffalo sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
Optional garnish: sliced green onions
1. Layer the individual ribs in the slow cooker and top with the sliced onions.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then add the remaining ingredients. Stir to coat, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
3. When the ribs are cooked through, they will be tender, and the meat will be falling off the bone. Serve with steamed rice or mashed potatoes. Tip: Garnish with sliced green onions.
