With this incredible recipe for slow cooker cheesy bacon buffalo potatoes, you can delight in everything you love about sticky buffalo wings without lifting a finger.
With less than 5 minutes of prep time needed for this sumptuous side, these potatoes are the perfect dish to serve alongside a delicious beef roast or a chicken dinner, or as the perfect accompaniment to a sandwich during a light lunch. Of course, one of the most amazing things about this dish is that it is made in your slow cooker, leaving you to set it and forget it while you go about your day.

Ingredients:
2 lbs (1kg) red potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup (60mL) melted butter
3/4 cup (180mL) Franks hot sauce
1/4 cup (60g) crumbled bacon
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup (120g) crumbled blue cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
(optional) 1/2 cup (120mL) of ranch dressing, to serve
(optional) 1/2 cup (120g) chopped scallion, to serve
Instructions:
1. Grease the bottom of your slow cooker with cooking spray and place the potatoes and the crumbled bacon into the bottom. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the hot sauce with the melted butter and the spices until well-blended.

2. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the potatoes until they are evenly coated and cook on a low setting for 4-5 hours (or high for 3 hours), or until the potatoes are cooked through. 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese over the top of the potatoes. Serve with a drizzle of cool ranch dressing and a handful of freshly chopped scallions over the top.
TIP: You can easily substitute the ranch dressing for sour cream if you have it on hand.
