I have an insane sweet tooth, so does my niece. It never fails when my brother brings her over for me to watch he has to remind me not to give her so much sugar. In the recipe below you'll find 3 awesome healthy treats that will satisfy any sweet tooth.
We make a perfectly creamy and simple to make banana chocolate ice cream using frozen bananas, a touch of milk and coco powder. Yep, that's all it takes, you'll need a food processor or a strong blender to get the right texture. Apple cookies are made my slathering almond butter on slices of apples and sprinkle with milk chocolate chips. Lastly we dip fresh berries in greek yogurt and let them freeze for a few hours.

Chocolate banana ice cream

2 bananas cut into slices then frozen over night
⅓ cup milk
2 teaspoons coco powder
Place frozen bananas, milk and coco powder in a blender or food processor. Blend everything together until smooth, use a spoon to scrape down the sides if needed.
Serve as is or return to freezer for later.

1 apple cored then sliced into ¼" rings
½ cup almond butter
2-3 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
Spread the almond butter evenly on each apple slice. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and serve.

Frozen yogurt berries

1 cup greek yogurt
½ cup rasberries
½ cup blueberries
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl gently mix together greek yogurt and berries.
Carefully spoon out out each berry and spread onto baking sheet. Place in freezer for at least 3 hours then serve. Best if frozen over night and covered with plastic wrap.
