Taco Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, small diced
1 pound ground beef
1 cup cream cheese
2 1-ounce packets taco seasoning
2 cups taco sauce
8 ounces spaghetti, cooked according package
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream (topping)
Green onions , thinly sliced (topping)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Heat oil in a saute pan on medium-high heat.
3. Add garlic and onions and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until fragrant.
4. Add ground beef and saute until thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat.
5. Drain any excess fat.
6. Add cream cheese, taco seasoning and taco sauce. Stir until fully combined.

7. Add cooked spaghetti noodles and mix well.
8. Spread noodle mixture in a baking dish. Evenly top with cheddar cheese.
9. Bake in oven for 35 minutes.
10. Serve with sour cream and green onions.
