How to make slow cooker blondies

Almost everyone has a go to brownie recipe. Sadly, it's not the same when in comes to blondies. Let this recipe change that for you!

Slow cooker Blondies

1 tablespoon butter to grease slow cooker
1⅓ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup dark brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup butter
1½ cup white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional)
Grease a 6 quart slow cooker with 1 tablespoon butter.
In a bowl sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl use a hand mixer to whisk together sugar and eggs until thick and fluffy. Add in vanilla and mix. (if you don't have a hand mixer use a whisk)
Melt butter in a sauce pot. When butter is melted and still hot, turn of heat and add in white chocolate. Mix well until all the white chocolate has melted.
Add butter/chocolate mixture into eggs and mix well.
Add dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt) into egg mixture and whisk everything together.
Pour into slow cooker and evenly spread.
Line top of the slow cooker with paper towels to absorb any excess moisture.
Cover and cook for 2 hours on high.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
