Loaded mashed potatoes egg rolls

Total Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 6 to 8
Ingredients
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 egg
1/2 cup crumbled bacon
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon diced parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Cheddar cheese, cut into chunks
Wonton wrappers
1 small bowl of water
Directions
1. Combine mashed potatoes, egg, bacon, onions, parsley, garlic powder and onion powder in a bowl. Stir to combine.
2. Lay a wonton wrapper flat. Add a bit of potato mixture and top with a chunk of cheese. Close the wrapper around your mixture and use a dab of water to seal the wrapper shut. Repeat until you fill all of your wrappers.
3. Cover the bottom of a frying pan with oil. Cook for four minutes. Rotate every minute or so to ensure even cooking.
4. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Pro tip: For a little extra spice add a bit of cayenne pepper to the potato mixture.
