2. Then, in a large mixing bowl, mix your egg noodles, cooked chicken, chives, garlic salt, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Rotel Tomatoes, and corn.
3. Stir it all up until everything is mixed together
4. Put ½ of the chicken mixture in a 9 x 13 casserole dish
5. Sprinkle ½ of your cheese over top of it
6. Then, place the rest of the chicken mixture on top of that and spread it out nice and even
7. Sprinkle the all the leftover cheese & cover it up with foil
8. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes
9. To finish it off with a crispy top, remove the tin foil and bake it for an extra 5 minutes
10. Remove from oven and sprinkle the crushed Doritos over the top of the casserole
Pro tip: Vegetarians love Doritos too. For those who prefer to go meatless, go for two cans of cream of mushroom soup instead of adding a can of cream of chicken. And, replace the chicken with more of your favorite veggies like green beans, some nice meaty mushrooms, or both.
