How to make a crisp salad

Print this recipe
There's nothing like a refreshing crispy salad to accompany any main dish. The recipe below is so simple and delicious I often like to eat it all on its own. Sometimes I like to grill chicken and cut it up into bite size pieces and just toss it right into this recipe.
We start off by using yogurt as the base for the dressing. With some lemon juice and fresh herbs, it's the perfect creaminess and tang to pair with the sweet taste of the romaine. Radishes add a bit of spice and color while the poppy seeds in the dressing add a nice twist to your everyday salad dressing.
