Cheesy Menudo

2 16-oz. cans yellow hominy, drain liquid
4-oz. chopped green chilies
1/2 lb. Velveeta Light cheese, diced
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1½ pounds diced beef chuck
Add all ingredients into a 6 quart slow cooker
Cook on low 4 hours.
Serve with warm tortillas.
