Slow cooker cranberry pork chops

1½ cup dried cranberries
1½ teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, smashed
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced rosemary
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
4-6 pork chops bone in or boneless
Add everything from salt to chicken broth into a 6 quart slow cooker and mix well.
Place pork chops into slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7 hours.
