1½ cups barbecue sauce
4 tablespoons honey
2 pounds small red potatoes, cut into halves
1 cup thinly sliced onions
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons roughly chopped parsley
Combine barbecue sauce and honey in a 6-quart slow cooker. Stir in potatoes and onions.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
Add apple cider vinegar and chopped parsley. Gently mix then serve.
