How to make chipotle meatballs in a slow cooker

Print this recipe
These spicy chipotle meatballs will knock your socks off, and they're so easy to make! These are the perfect party snacks for the next birthday gathering, pool party or tailgater. The chipotle chili powder adds a wonderfully smoky flavor with just the right amount of spice. The cilantro cream dipping sauce adds an amazing creamy zip to the meatballs. They are so good that you might just need to make extra for those hungry mouths!
When mixing the meatballs, I like to use equal parts ground pork and extra-lean ground beef for more depth of flavor. Don't forget the cool and creamy dipping sauce! Sour cream, cilantro, lime juice and cumin make this sauce the perfect complement to the spicy meatballs. Enjoy!
