How easy is this dish to make, you ask? With three simple steps you won't have to stress! Combine the chicken, sauce and spinach right in a casserole dish and bake. Near the end of cooking, top with mozzarella cheese and continue baking until the cheese turns golden brown. Serve with green bean brown rice for a delicious complete meal!

How to Make Chicken Alfredo Casserole

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 15-ounce jar Alfredo sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
5 ounces fresh spinach
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine everything from chicken to spinach in a casserole dish.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, top with mozzarella cheese, and continue to bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese turns golden brown.
Serve with green bean brown rice.
