Organization is one of the most important factors in the overall look of a room. If you leave things lying around, your home looks messy and it makes it difficult to find what you need. But how can you keep things orderly without taking up too much space?
Wire caddies are the answer to your organizational issues! They can be mounted to walls or doors, stacked on top of each other or stored under/inside of other furniture. So before you start to pick up all of that stuff you're not sure where to put, head out and get a few wire caddies.

1. Mail baskets
Do you have a desk or table that you haven't seen in months because it's buried under a pile of mail? Hang a few wire caddies on your wall, label them for the types of mail you need to sort and you'll finally be able to use your desk for its intended purpose.

2. Magazine and book racks
Just like your mail, magazine subscriptions can start to take up a lot of space. Or maybe you and your family members frequently check out library books and then tend to misplace them. Instead of piling everything on a table, use a wire caddy as shown in project below by Golden Boys & Me to keep all of your books or magazines where you can easily locate them.
3. Hair care storage
Bathroom counters are already short on space, so it's inconvenient to leave a curling iron, flat iron or blow dryer lying around. Instead of letting these appliances take up valuable counter space, hang a wire caddy on the wall or on the side of the vanity and use it to store hair care tools.

4. End table
This end table made out of a wire basket and wood board is simply gorgeous, and I love that it has space to store a cozy throw blanket or a few extra pillows! This would also work as a night stand — it's the perfect thing to put next to the bed in the guest room. Get the tutorial here.

5. Food storage
Some food is difficult to store. It doesn't need refrigeration, it doesn't come in a conveniently shaped package, it has an eventual expiration date and you have nowhere to put it. Don't stress yourself out shifting things around in the cupboards to make space for these items. Attach wire caddies to the wall and use them to store food items that don't fit anywhere else.

6. Charging station
In today's world, charger access is a top priority for many people. But some rooms don't allow for easy access unless you want to climb over the charger cord every time you walk across the room. You can solve this problem by purchasing a small wire caddy and attaching it to the wall or counter near an outlet, as shown in project below by Polka Dots in the Country. You can now let your phone rest in your very own charging station where it won't get it your way.
7. Towel rack
If you live in an apartment or a small house, it's unlikely that you have a designated linen closet. So what do you do with all of your extra towels and bedding? The project below by Simply Organized has you covered. Why not find a clever way to stack a few wire caddies and use them to store all of the bathroom and bedroom items you're not using at the moment?
8. Pantry organization
Every inch of space in your pantry is important and it doesn't take long to fill up the shelves. The project below by Four Generations One Roof proves this. Use the back of the pantry doors by hanging wire caddies on them. Depending on the size of the caddies, you can store various types of food or kitchen necessities in an out-of-the-way location.
9. Rolling caddy
If you have extra space under your bed, don't let that area go to waste. Store items in wire caddies and slide them under your bed where they're out of the way but easy to access. If you don't have thick carpet, you can attach small casters to the bottom of the caddies and roll them under the bed when you don't need them, as shown in project below by I Heart Organizing.
10. Pull-out storage
Sometimes stacking wire caddies isn't the best option because it doesn't allow you to quickly get to items in the lower caddies. Instead of just setting them one on top of another, replace a few shelves with wire caddies that pull out for easier access to the items you need, as shown in project below by Landeelu.
