Gather 'round and let me share the story behind this mouthwatering recipe: Slow Cooker Honey Rosemary Pork Chops. It was a lazy Sunday afternoon, and I had a craving for something comforting. I looked in the fridge and found that I had some pork chops. I used some simple pantry ingredients like honey and rosemary, and I came up with this recipe idea.
This recipe is super simple! You also don't need to brown the meat if you don't want to. We start by seasoning all sides of the pork chop; I like to do so generously. Then into the slow cooker go the pork chops, smeared with finely minced garlic and drizzled with honey. Sprinkle finely chopped fresh rosemary on top, and three hours later you'll have your new favorite slow cooker pork chop recipe.
