Eggs are one of my favorite foods in the world — they're healthy, they're low-carb, and they're so easy to prepare! Of course, it doesn't hurt that they're delicious as well.
There's nothing wrong with good old scrambled eggs, but we all need to have something different now and again. Try one of these recipes — you just might never go back to plain scrambled eggs again!
