I make the recipe below for sausage and cream cheese biscuit bites everytime I'm invited to a potluck or block party for two major reasons. First of all, no one else ever makes these. Everyone always brings a cheese dip or a pinwheel. These biscuit bites are totally unique! The other reason? I try to find any excuse to pop a few of these bites in my mouth. They're super savory and totally satisfying.
If you're running short on time, make this recipe the night before. Then reheat them the next day for the party. They almost taste better this way, but beware - your family might try to steal a few bites the night before! If you're going somewhere that has an extra outlet, you can hot hold these snacks in a slow cooker on the "Warm" setting.
