Pulled pork sliders are a popular dish found on the menu of many restaurants. Easy to eat and a little less messy than when piled onto a huge hamburger bun, you still get all the great taste, albeit in smaller form. This smaller form is beneficial in that you can eat more of them without any of the guilt! Make pulled pork sliders at home in the slow cooker by using the recipe that follows.
This recipe starts with making traditional pulled pork. A pork shoulder is placed into a slow cooker with very little seasoning and is set to cook for several hours. Then it's just a matter of pulling the pork apart and adding a bottle of prepared barbecue sauce, because there should never be extra work when using your slow cooker. Top with coleslaw if you wish, then pile it all high on slider buns!
