⅓ cup low-sodium chicken broth
¼ cup butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ lemon, juice and zest
1 tablespoon parsley, minced
1 fresh rosemary, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
4 (5-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Combine the butter, broth, garlic, lemon juice and zest, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl, and add the chicken breasts. Toss well to coat and arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and drizzle with the remaining sauce. Cook 10 minutes more and serve.
