My family seriously can't get enough of this dish. We love making extra in advance so we have enough to go around

Looking for a new slow cooker recipe? Something with vegetables and protein, but not the same old soups and stews? Well why not spice things up with a bratwurst and cabbage meal cooked in cider? This tangy dish will have you falling back in love with your slow-cooker.
This is one of the easiest slow-cooker dishes you’ll ever make, with just ten minutes of work and a few ingredients involved. You can use any apple you like, but a tart one like a granny smith will work best. Also, buy a few extra ciders when you're shopping to serve with this dish. After all, what else would you drink with it?
