Sweet and Salty Churro Bites
Ingredients:
- 5 cups oyster crackers
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place oyster crackers on baking sheet.
3. In saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add brown sugar. While stirring, bring to boil for 2 mins. Take off heat and add vanilla and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
4. Pour the butter mixture over the oyster crackers and mix until all of the crackers are evenly coated.
5. Bake for 10 minutes. While baking, make cinnamon sugar mixture by mixing sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and pinch of salt.

6. Remove from the oven. Toss crackers in cinnamon sugar mixture and let cool.
