Caramelitas Recipe:

1 cup rolled oats
¾ cup melted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 bag of soft caramels (around 11 oz)
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream

1. Grease a 8x8 inch baking pan, and preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
2. In a small saucepan, combine the soft caramels and heavy cream. Cook over medium heat. Stir continuously until everything is smooth and caramel has melted. Put aside.
