2 tablespoons of bottled ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 whole onion, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning mix
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker with onion. Pour the buffalo sauce and seasoning mix over.
2. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
