1 onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup of sliced pepperoni
16 ounces of pizza sauce
4 tablespoons of milk
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
8 ounces of lean ground beef (about 1/2 pound)
1 onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup of sliced pepperoni
16 ounces of pizza sauce
4 tablespoons of milk

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
4. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped green bell pepper to the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
5. Stir in the pizza sauce, mixing well to combine all the ingredients.
6. Add in milk and half of shredded mozzarella cheese until well blended.
7. Place mixture into baking dish.
8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
9. Remove the foil. Top with the rest of the shredded cheese and pepperoni slices. Continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
