Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F(190°C). Line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract.
