Chicken & Stuffing Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup ((10.75 ounces), low-sodium
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 boxes (6oz each) chicken flavored stuffing mix
- 1.5 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Arrange seasoned chicken in a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
3. In a medium bowl, mix together condensed soup and milk until well combined.
4. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure they are completely covered. Put stuffing mix on top.

5. Pour broth in and make sure everything is covered.
6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown. Enjoy!
