Ingredients:
6-8 skinless or skin-on boneless chicken thighs
1/2 stick butter, sliced
1 teaspoon each of onion powder, paprika, and garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic, sliced or minced
1 lemon, sliced
Zest from half a lemon
1/3 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
1. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker. (Optional: Brown ahead of time before putting in) .
