- 8 ounces of sliced kielbasa sausage or diced ham
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 up chicken stock
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon water
