Ingredients
1 pound of breakfast sausage or bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 cups of frozen hashbrowns, shredded and thawed
6 gently beaten eggs
1 chopped onion
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cups of cottage cheese (4% milk fat content)
1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
1 pound of breakfast sausage or bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 cups of frozen hashbrowns, shredded and thawed
6 gently beaten eggs
1 chopped onion
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cups of cottage cheese (4% milk fat content)
1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions:
