8 ounces lean ground beef
1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
32 ounces tater tots
1 cup corn kernels
2/3 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
