Cream puffs are a delightful and classic dessert that never fails to impress. Mom's Famous Cream Puffs are particularly special because they have been a staple in our family for generations. This delectable treat originated in France and found its way to our tables through my great-grandmother's recipe. These light and airy pastries, filled with a luscious vanilla cream, are enjoyed by everyone in our family and remain a treasured tradition.
Serve these cream puffs as a delightful dessert option at any gathering or special occasion. They pair beautifully with a variety of toppings and sides, allowing for endless customization. For a simple yet elegant presentation, lightly dust the cream puffs with powdered sugar just before serving. You can also drizzle them with melted chocolate or caramel sauce for an indulgent twist. Additionally, serving cream puffs with a side of fresh seasonal fruits or a dollop of whipped cream adds a refreshing and complementary touch that balances the richness of the pastry.

1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 pint of heavy cream
1/3 cup of milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees F and line baking tray.
2. Heat the butter, water, and sugar until they reach a boiling point.
3. Add the flour and stir continuously until it forms a ball of dough. Then, remove from heat and cool.
4. Gradually beat in the four eggs, one at a time, into the cooled dough.
5. Use a piping bag or two spoons to place drops of the dough onto baking tray.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, and then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for another 15 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and quickly create a small opening on the side to release any trapped steam. Let cool completely.
8. While pastries are cooling, prepare the filling. In a bowl, blend together the heavy cream, milk, and pudding mix until the mixture becomes smooth and thick.
9, Slice the pastries in half and fill the bottom halves with the prepared filling.
