Ingredients:
2 lb chuck roast
2 cups sliced onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tsp fresh chopped thyme (or half if using dried version)
2 tsp fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp all-purpose flour or cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
