Imagine whipping up a dessert that's as mesmerizing as the night sky and just as delightful to devour. That's where my galaxy fudge comes into play. This stunning treat is not just about the sweet chocolatey goodness; it’s a cosmic adventure perfect for theme parties, special occasions, or when you just want to sprinkle a little magic in your weekend. Its vibrant swirls and sparkly edible stars will have everyone reaching for more!
Galaxy fudge is rich and decadent, so it pairs beautifully with lighter beverages that can cleanse the palate. Try serving it with cold glasses of milk or alongside a cup of freshly brewed coffee to balance its sweetness. For an added thematic twist at parties, accompany the fudge with galaxy-themed cocktails or fizzy blue sodas.

Galaxy Fudge
Servings: 24 pieces
Ingredients
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
Purple, blue, and black gel food coloring
Silver edible glitter or star sprinkles
Directions
1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
3. Remove from heat and quickly divide the mixture into three bowls. Add a different color of food coloring to each bowl (black, purple, and blue) and stir each until the color is uniform.
4. Pour the black chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, then dollop purple and blue mixtures randomly over the black layer. Using a knife or a skewer, swirl the colors gently to create a galaxy effect.
5. Sprinkle the top with silver edible glitter or star sprinkles, pressing them lightly to adhere.
6. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until set.
7. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
Variations & Tips

For a twist on the classic galaxy fudge, experiment with different flavors like mint or orange extract instead of vanilla. If you prefer a less sweet treat, substitute dark chocolate for some of the white chocolate chips. You can also try using different color combinations to match specific themes or preferences.
