Sticky Honey Garlic Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ketchup, and cornstarch.
