Variations & Tips
Feel free to experiment with different cheeses like Pecorino Romano or Gouda for a unique twist. For added flavor, you can sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving. If you’re in a hurry, cut the cabbage into thick slices or wedges to reduce the cooking time. You can also add other vegetables like carrots or Brussels sprouts to roast alongside the cabbage for a more varied dish.
