Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken
Servings: 4
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup cream cheese, softened
6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups crushed Doritos (any flavor you like!)
2 eggs, beaten
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cream cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Place the crushed Doritos in one bowl and the beaten eggs in another.
Dip each stuffed chicken breast first in the beaten eggs, then dredge in the crushed Doritos until fully coated.
Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.

Feel free to switch up the Doritos flavors based on your preference—Cool Ranch adds a unique twist! For a bit of heat, throw some chopped jalapeños into the cream cheese mixture. If you're short on time, pre-cooked rotisserie chicken can be shredded and mixed with the cream cheese and bacon to make an equally delicious stuffing for a quicker fix.
