Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Pulled Pork
Servings: 6-8 servings
Ingredients
3-4 pounds of pork shoulder (pork butt)
1 can (12 oz) of root beer
1 bottle (18 oz) of barbecue sauce
Directions
Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
Pour the entire can of root beer over the pork.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until the pork is tender and easy to shred.
Carefully remove the pork and transfer it to a cutting board. Use two forks to shred the meat.
Discard the cooking liquid in the slow cooker and place the shredded pork back into the pot.
