Creamy Garlic Parmesan Ranch Ground Beef Bowtie Pasta Bake
Servings: 6
Ingredients
12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the beef and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream, milk, and ranch seasoning mix. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese until melted and combined.
Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Variations & Tips
For a bit of spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef if you prefer a lighter option. For a vegetarian version, omit the meat and add sautéed mushrooms or spinach. If you like a bit of crunch, top the bake with some breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter before baking. This dish is also a great way to use up leftover vegetables; just toss them in with the pasta before baking.
