Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a lightly greased loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
