2 cups cooked chicken, diced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or scallions for garnish
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it forms a paste.

Variations & Tips
For a lighter version, you can use whole wheat pasta and substitute turkey bacon. If you have picky eaters, consider adding some hidden veggies like finely chopped spinach or zucchini to the sauce. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the cheese sauce. You can also experiment with different cheeses such as gouda or pepper jack for a unique flavor twist.
